If your concentrated chemistry has frozen during shipment, or after arriving at your
dock, warm the chemistry up by placing it in a warm room, or by wrapping a
hot-water-heater coil around the product. Becareful not to use heat high enough to melt
the plastic or cardboard container. When the product is warmer than 40-50 degrees
farenheit, it should appear normal. If it looks as though it is still frozen or as if
chemical is floating, gently stir. If stirring still does not help, call (410) 636-5555
